It’s been 10 years since our Lombax friend and his robotic sidekick debuted on the scene  on Sony’s PlayStation 2 and now in year 10, it’s shaping up to be a great year of celebration with multiple Ratchet titles in the works, including Ratchet & Clank: Full Frontal Assault.

Along with the already announced Ratchet and Clank HD Collection which North American gamers will have to wait until the Fall for as well, Insomniac Games has announced an all-new Ratchet and Clank experience that will be featured on the PlayStation Network this fall.

Ratchet & Clank: Full Frontal Assault is a fun-sized Ratchet adventure which will be available for download exclusively on the PlayStation Store. Insomniac has returned to the series’ classic feel, camera, controls and weapons, while innovating and giving you a whole new way to play. Even better is the addition of online features means you can experience Full Frontal Assault with your friends.

Not much information was revealed today but, there is another surprise awaiting North American gamers that will be announced in the next couple of weeks.
