The New York Islanders have signed Swedish goaltender Robin Lehner to a one-year contract. 

The deal is worth $1.5 million. 

Lehner, 26, just finished his third and final season with the Buffalo Sabres, where he posted a .908% save percentage, 3.01 GAA and a record of 14-26-9 through the 2017-2018 season.

Throughout his eight-year career in the NHL so far, Lehner has an overall save percentage of 0.915% and 2.82 GAA over 219 games.
