A new face enters the AEW Women’s Division as Ruby Soho has joined All Elite Wrestling!

It was only a few short months ago that Ruby Riott was released from WWE along with a bunch of other quality talent. The Riott name would be retired and Ruby would debut the new persona of Ruby Soho along with “destination unknown” in her Twitter bio.

Fast forward to the Women’s Casino Battle Royale at All Out 2021 where all 21 spots were full ahead of Saturday’s episode of Dark. That all change when Julia Hart was attacked by Nyla Rose opening up a spot in the Battle Royale and building anticipation for The Joker. Fans weren’t disappointed as Ruby came out as the last entrant along with a jacket that had “destination AEW” on the back. Ruby Soho is All Elite.

Ruby would win the Women’s Casino Battle Royale tossing Thunder Rosa to the ground after the two ended up being the last remaining participants. This means she’ll get a shot at the AEW Women’s World Championship in the future. It’ll be interesting to see what AEW does with a star with name value from WWE, something they haven’t really had in the women’s division. One thing’s for sure, the women’s division in AEW just got that much stronger and more diverse.
