Vortexes that suck you in and shoot you out on a jet of ice water. That's just one obstacle on this new level. A new item is introduced as well. The umbrella. Useful for floating on the breeze after getting blasted by the water jets. And of course as always, there is a sheep to be taken. Although I think this one might not have been as hard as some of the previous.
Another new product from ACME and another new mechanic to add to our puzzle-solving abilities. For new products, we have a metal detector AND a sheep costume. But before we can use either, we have to get through a puzzling of sliding ice blocks and bombs. From there we sneak through a minefield to where Sam and the sheep are. But unlike the previous times, we have a costume that allows us to get right up with the sheep. Don't let Sam see you moving though! After getting the sheep across the minefield, two more ice block puzzles and we are home free.
Things go boom in this level! Sam has set MINES down to prevent Ralph from stealing sheep this time. So They must be disarmed before we can continue. We also find out the hard way sheep trigger these mines. But after a bit of trial and error, we of course figure out how to get through. And by "trial and error", I mean we partly look at an online guide.
Another new mechanic introduced. This time being the magic flute, capable of hypnotizing Sam. The fan also makes a return, although it has a different use this time.
Moving from Andy's house into what I initially assumed would be just the backyard, apparently we are now go to the backyard along with a couple of the neighbors' yards. Unfortunately we don't get to do the RC race due to needing an item from a later level.
A new level, another new mechanic. This time we have to hide behind rocks to get past Sam to get the sheep. And through a series of convoluted button presses, we also find our way to the bonus after spending WAY too much time baaing in the wrong bush.
Time for a new game. Staying on the PlayStation, this time we are moving on to Toy Story 2. The videos seem like they will be a bit on the longer side, so be prepared for that. The first level seemed to go well enough.
